In the third quarter of 2025, the virtual pet app category on iOS in Denmark showcased notable trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps experienced varying levels of engagement and revenue.

Kids doctor games: hospital 3+ saw a peak in weekly revenue at the end of July, reaching around $447. This app maintained a consistent weekly download rate, peaking at 395 in mid-July. The number of weekly active users remained relatively steady, starting at 2K and increasing to about 2.3K by the end of September.

Applaydu Play & Discover recorded no revenue but maintained a steady download rate, with a slight peak of 339 downloads in late July. The active user base decreased from 1.3K in early July to approximately 1.1K by the end of September.

Pocket Paws: My lovely dogs experienced a decline in weekly revenue, starting at $312 and dropping to $47 by the end of the quarter. The app had a significant spike in downloads in early July, with 331 downloads, but saw a decline to 56 by the end of September.
